·Day 15 · building git-to-market in public

This week I swapped the B2B proof into our flagship CLG article

Published on𝕏

This week I swapped the B2B proof into the flagship customer-led growth article and shipped the change to our public posts flow. The outcome is small but important: the content people see when we promote product progress now leads with the proof points that matter to buyers.

What shipped

  • Replaced the old case example with a concise, buyer-focused narrative that shows how a small team used our flow to turn commits into discovery.
  • Updated the post template so the rewritten narrative appears as the lead paragraph across social posts and the changelog.
  • Adjusted the tone to speak directly to makers who need predictable visibility, not to engineers-only audiences.
  • Cleaned up a few rough phrasing bits so headlines and excerpt lines read naturally on X and LinkedIn.

Why this matters to builders and makers

Buyers and collaborators skim the lead sentence before deciding to click. For people trying to turn code into interest, that first line needs to signal business value, not engineering detail. By leading with B2B proof in our flagship article, every automated post that Git-to-Market publishes now surfaces the result someone like you cares about: steady discoverability and incoming interest from real teams. That makes each commit more likely to generate a meaningful conversation, which is the whole point of building in public without extra manual work.

What's next

I'll watch engagement over the next week and tweak excerpt lines that underperform. After that, I plan to roll the same lead-first approach to the next set of templates so more post types emphasize buyer outcomes.
